David M. Griffin serves as the President of Asenta Development and has over 25 years of leadership and financial experience. Throughout his dynamic leadership career, David has sometimes been referred to as the “Provocateur” for his ability to stir up a group, also known as the “People Whisperer,” for his coaching skills that bring out the best in people. In addition to his leadership efforts, David created, managed, and sold residential mortgages and has provided credit counseling to thousands of clients in his career. His passion is helping you succeed in life and business. David is a licensed Mortgage Broker in Florida.

Lovie Jones serves as the Vice President of Asenta Development and has over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry. After serving her Country and being honorably discharged from the United States Air Force, Lovie decided to embark in a career as a Real Estate Sales professional. Lovie has helped buyers, sellers and builders with new construction, condo conversions and multifamily real estate transactions throughout Florida and Nevada. Lovie is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and licensed Real Estate Instructor. Lovie is the Tampa Chapter Leader for W.I.R.E. (Women in Real Estate).

RaChelle Coleman serves as the Treasurer and a Director of Asenta Development and has over 14 years of real estate experience. RaChelle is a licensed Florida Realtor with a background in education, real estate investment, affordable renewable energy project funding, project mediation and insurance. RaChelle has experience in analyzing property values, assessing potential rental income, and evaluating the financial risks associated with various investment strategies. With this knowledge, she helps buyers, sellers and investors make informed decisions and provides guidance throughout the real estate transaction.

Karla Jones Wilson, JD, LL.M. serves as the Secretary, Compliance Officer and a Director of Asenta Development and has over 19 years of real estate experience. As a Real Estate Attorney, Realtor, Real Estate Coach and Investor, Karla has closed over $275 Million in real estate transactions working with real estate developers, investors, buyers and sellers. Karla is well versed in utilizing public financing options such as tax credits, tax exemption and tax abatement, to name a few, to help finance real estate development. She has assisted in real estate development and sales throughout Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska and Florida. Karla is a licensed Realtor in Florida.

Robert Brooks is a Director at Asenta Development and has over 23 years of real estate investment and property management experience. Robert has bought, sold and managed investment properties throughout Florida and Missouri and understands how to analyze, rehab, and profitably place an investment property in service. His background also includes counseling and helping business owners procure the proper commercial insurance products for their business. As a prior health store owner, Robert understands the specific commercial insurance needs. Robert is a licensed Property ad Casualty Insurance Agent and licensed Realtor in Florida and Missouri.

Jeffrey Copeland serves as a Director of Asenta Development and is a native of St. Petersburg, FL. Jeffrey is a community advocate, community strategy advisor, investor and business owner. He is the Founder of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference's Pinellas County Chapter. Jeffrey organizes events, concerts, parades and giveaways for members within the St. Petersburg, FL community. He has strong connections within the community and throughout the United States and often collaborates with community leaders to address needs within the community, as well as revitalization.

Sherman Milton III is a Member of Asenta Development and is a native of Tampa, FL. He has over 7 years of real estate experience as a Realtor. Sherman combines his marketing degree and background in business with his years of experience in leadership roles on the state level for the Florida Realtors Board, Greater Tampa Realtor Board and current role as President of the Tampa National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). His unique background serves as a testament in the industry and in the market, as well as his ability to provide top-quality service to his clients (buyers, sellers and investors) as a Real Estate Advisor. Sherman is a licensed Realtor in Florida.

Dr. Kelvin McCree is a Member of Asenta Development and is a native of St. Petersburg, FL. He has over 17 years of experience in leadership, organizational development, diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as being a highly sought-out speaker and author. Dr. Kelvin has the unique skill of flawlessly helping national and local organizations, leaders, executives and staff develop mental agility, manage stress, innovate and increase performance despite any disruption they may be experiencing. In addition, to his organizational leadership experience, Dr. Kelvin founded and was the lead pastor of two churches in St. Petersburg, FL and Lakeland, FL.

Bradley Wilson is a Member of Asenta Development and has over 25 years of experience in engineering, project management and finance management. Bradley started his career as a manufacturing engineer where he planned, budgeted and managed millions of dollars in manufacturing projects such as process design, build and quality. His vast experience in finance has lead him to open up his own firm to educate and help people within the community assess their financials, plan for retirement, future life events and build generational wealth for their families. Bradley is a licensed Life Insurance and Annuity Agent.

Latonya Luster is a Member of Asenta Development and has over 16 years of real estate experience as an Affordable Housing Professional specializing in multi-family management. Latonya has an extensive background in analyzing, managing and leasing up multi-family and senior housing properties throughout Florida, Georgia and South Carolina, which includes market rate and low income housing tax credit properties and certifications. Latonya has an extensive knowledge of what it takes to profitably manage a large real estate portfolio and understands the needs of investment property owners. Latonya is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida.
